Our Mission

All Season Wellness was founded with a particular commitment to supporting individuals and communities who have historically experienced barriers to accessing safe, affirming, and culturally responsive mental health care.

This includes BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, and other marginalized and underserved communities.

We recognize that identity, culture, race, gender, sexuality, family systems, and lived experiences can meaningfully shape a person’s mental health and their experience of counselling. Our goal is to create a space where clients do not have to minimize, explain away, or separate important parts of who they are in order to receive support.

Our approach is grounded in inclusive, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and person-centred care. We welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and strive to offer counselling that honours each person’s identity, values, experiences, and goals.

While All Season Wellness was intentionally founded with marginalized communities in mind, our services are open to anyone seeking compassionate, collaborative, and individualized counselling support. We believe everyone deserves a therapeutic relationship where they can feel seen, respected, heard, and safe to be fully themselves.

"As a therapist with lived experience of multiple intersecting identities, I bring both professional training and personal insight to my work. These experiences shape how I understand identity, power, resilience, and the ways people navigate the world."

I work with individuals aged 16 and older, supporting clients who are exploring identity (especially BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ identities), navigating life transitions, and managing experiences such as anxiety, depression, and neurodiversity.

I understand that different seasons of life call for different kinds of support, and therapy isn’t about “fixing” yourself;

It’s about making sense of who you are, where you are and paving a path for where you'd like to go.

My goal is to create a warm, affirming, and collaborative space where you can show up as your full self.

Together, we move at your pace, honouring both the challenges and strengths you bring, and working toward greater clarity, self-understanding, and balance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer in-person services?

All Season Wellness currently operates via telehealth (virtual appointments) serving residents of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Columbia, and Newfoundland & Labrador.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Great question! You can book here.

If you're running into scheduling conflicts, please reach out, and I'd be happy to accommodate your needs.

What's the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

As for no-shows, I allow a 15-minute grace period for tardiness before your session is cancelled. In this case, you will also be charged for the session.

 We really appreciate your understanding.

Do you direct bill?

Absolutely!

We direct bill to most major providers. Please double-check your coverage to ensure you're covered for counselling services provided by Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC).

In any case, you'll be provided with a receipt which you can submit to your insurance provider (for reimbursement) if direct billing is not possible.

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Yes! I have a limited number of sliding-scale spots reserved to promote accessible services.

Let me know if you need low-rate counselling and I'll be happy to help!
