All Season Wellness was born in February 2026, thanks to the support of my beautiful wife, my amazing supervisor, and close friends.

When we launched, we made it clear that our space was intentionally created to support and uplift marginalized communities.

So, when Black Businesses Edmonton invited us to participate in KDays (one of Edmonton’s biggest summer festivals), we were incredibly grateful for the opportunity to show up, connect with our community, and share what we do with a broader audience.

Our mission was to spread love, kindness, and positivity through warm interactions at our booth.

It was really important for us to have psychoeducational resources, uplifting stickers, keychains, pens, positive affirmations, and fidgets for folks from all walks of life to leave our booth feeling seen and appreciated.

Spreading awareness about mental health in an effort to destigmatize it in the black community is something we're absolutely passionate about.

It was lovely engaging folks in fun little quizzes and debriefing about common misconceptions they may have had about therapy.

Most of all, it was heartwarming to see the pure joy that our provocations brought to kids, teens, families, and elders.

Everyone who stopped by our booth left with something priceless... a smile on their faces.

This is why we exist 🤎
