Shortly after launching All Season Wellness, I had the honour of co-facilitating a mental health workshop at the Paint & Lead Workshop at Africa Centre with the Ujima Youth Fellowship, and it truly was a powerful experience.

Being in a room filled with brilliant, passionate people from my community was incredibly meaningful. I had the opportunity to share my expertise on topics I care deeply about, while also learning from others who are doing inspiring work in their own ways.

It was especially wonderful connecting with people like Lorelle Whittingham, artist and founder of Studio Marrow. Moments like these remind me how impactful community spaces can be when creativity, leadership, and care complement each other.

Experiences like this affirm that the work I’m doing in the community is meaningful and that I am walking in my purpose through All Season Wellness.
